Shared web hosting and WordPress hosting plans are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 7 days of your first purchase, we refund the hosting fee.
What is not refundable
- VPS and Windows RDP after the server has been delivered.
- Software licences (cPanel, Windows, WHMCS, etc.) and SSL certificates purchased separately.
- Renewal payments and add-ons.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
How to request a refund
Open a cancellation request from the client area, or email us from your registered email address with your invoice number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

Grievance officer
In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about content or services can be sent to our grievance officer, at grievance@hosthunt.in. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
