Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, placing an order or using any HostHunt service ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete contact and billing information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. We may ask for identity verification to prevent fraud.
Services and resources
Plan features and resource limits are described on our website at the time of purchase. "Unmetered" or "unlimited" features are provided for normal website use and are subject to fair use; accounts that degrade server performance for others may be asked to upgrade.
Billing and renewals
- Services are prepaid for the chosen billing cycle and renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Invoices are generated before the due date. Prices shown exclude GST, which is added as applicable.
- Unpaid services may be suspended after the due date and terminated after a further grace period, which may result in permanent data loss.
- Promotional prices apply to the first term only unless stated otherwise; renewals are charged at the regular rate.
Customer content and backups
You own and are solely responsible for the content you host. While we take regular backups as a courtesy, you are responsible for keeping your own independent backups. We are not liable for data loss.
Uptime and support
We aim for 99.9% network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control. Support is provided for the services we provide; help with third-party software or custom code is offered on a best-effort basis.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate Services without refund for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fraudulent activity, abuse of staff or non-payment. You may cancel any service at any time from the client area.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostHunt is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office.
